Service Policy
Service is provided in our workshop by appointment
only. We do not perform house calls. We accept a limited
amount of pianos for repair every week in order to provide
detailed attention to every case. Turnaround are 7-14
business days in most cases. Clients are required to
pickup their items within one week from the date the
items are ready. Failure to notify us of appointment
cancellation may compromise future reservation privileges.
We do not offer parts for sale.
We provide nationwide service, shipping and receiving using uShip.com
